China Resources Group Data Center
Data center power supply and distribution solutions
Data centers host critical services such as cloud computing, communications, finance, and artificial intelligence, placing extremely high demands on the continuity, stability, and energy efficiency of power supply and distribution systems. Addressing data centers' high-density loads, rapid delivery, and intelligent O&M needs, CEEG provides integrated power supply and distribution solutions.
Data center power supply and distribution challenges
- Data centers host their enterprises' mission-critical business systems and must run uninterrupted, 7×24 hours a year. A single interruption to the power supply can inflict losses beyond calculation, which places near-absolute demands on the reliability of power supply and distribution equipment.
- As AI and cloud computing grow explosively, server cabinet power density keeps climbing, with single-cabinet power moving from a few kilowatts toward tens of kilowatts. Conventional power supply and distribution architectures are no longer able to meet the extreme power demands of high-density deployment.
- Under the twin pressures of the dual-carbon goals and electricity prices, data centers urgently need to lower PUE and improve energy utilization efficiency. At the same time, electricity and O&M costs keep rising, making the balance between energy efficiency and cost a central concern for operators.
- Data center construction schedules are being compressed relentlessly, leaving an ever-tighter window from groundbreaking to commissioning. Power supply and distribution systems must complete design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning within an extremely short timeframe, and delivery speed directly determines how quickly business can go live.
Integrated power supply and distribution solutions for IDC data centers
To meet high-reliability operating requirements, we build power supply and distribution systems around our self-developed amorphous alloy dry-type transformer as the core. Its no-load loss is dramatically lower than that of conventional products, with energy savings of up to 80%, cutting long-term operating energy consumption at the source and helping data centers meet dual-carbon constraints and cost pressures with ease.
For high-density cabinet deployment, we provide MW-class integrated solutions that deeply fuse power distribution, voltage transformation, UPS, and other core links into a single system. With shorter power supply paths and higher integration density, they deliver stable and ample power support for cabinets in the tens-of-kilowatts class.
Backed by AI-powered real-time monitoring and intelligent O&M, the system pinpoints and isolates faults within milliseconds, containing the impact of any anomaly to the smallest possible scope. Site-wide flexible deployment lets the system be installed indoors or outdoors, expanding on demand and evolving smoothly as the business grows.
The highly integrated architecture significantly simplifies on-site installation and commissioning. Paired with a standardized prefabricated delivery model, the power supply and distribution system can proceed in parallel with civil construction, helping projects commission on schedule and to high quality within a compressed construction cycle.
