Power Transmission & Distribution Solutions
Transformers are the core hub of a modern power system, carrying the critical duty of energy transmission and voltage control; their safety and operating stability directly determine secure grid operation and reliable supply. CEEG focuses on safety protection and intelligent monitoring for transmission and distribution equipment, using innovation to reinforce the grid's safety line and raise the level of intelligent operation and safety control.
Challenges in Power Transmission and Distribution
- Urban distribution grids combine high load density with concentrated demand, strict environmental and noise requirements, limited equipment footprint, and urgent pressure to conserve energy.
- Rural grids have a long supply radius and high line loss, dispersed and highly seasonal loads, harsh and volatile environments, and a relatively weak maintenance workforce.
- Commercial centers carry diverse and complex load types with large power-factor fluctuations, are highly sensitive to supply continuity, and have a strong demand for intelligent systems.
- Industrial parks see heavy loads with frequent fluctuations, demand high supply reliability, suffer severe harmonic pollution, and face significant pressure to save energy.
Transmission & Distribution Solutions
Large power transformers: fully enclosed manufacturing under constant temperature and humidity ensures premium quality; an original seven-level temperature control system meets overload demands; national short-circuit tests were passed on the first attempt for reliable operation; the design suits high-temperature, heavy-load summer peaks; widely used in steel, metallurgy, railway transport, power plants and hydropower stations.
Medium distribution transformers: oil-immersed units use a three-phase fully sealed structure and install flexibly on poles or in stations, while dry-type units are the first choice where environmental and fire protection requirements are high; they mainly serve urban grids, rural grids and industrial distribution terminals.
Small distribution transformers: oil-immersed units suit box-type substations or pole-mounted and ground installation, while dry-type units suit indoor installation with low noise and excellent fire resistance; single-phase, two-phase and three-phase configurations are supported; they are more economical in low-density areas and can be installed close to buildings to shorten low-voltage main lines.
