Jilin Da'an Integrated Wind-Solar Hydrogen Production and Ammonia Synthesis Project

Jilin Da'an Integrated Wind-Solar Hydrogen Production and Ammonia Synthesis Project

The Jilin Da'an integrated wind-solar hydrogen production and ammonia synthesis project is designed as a full industry chain based on "green hydrogen consuming green power, green ammonia consuming green hydrogen, and integrated source-grid-load-storage". After commissioning, it will produce 32,000 tons of green hydrogen and 180,000 tons of green ammonia annually, reducing carbon emissions by about 650,000 tons and saving 230,000 tons of standard coal per year. The project uses CEEG's ZHSSFT-12500/10 oil-immersed transformer, featuring high overload capacity, long service life, high reliability, and high safety.

Xinjiang Korla New Energy Hydrogen Production Project

Xinjiang Korla New Energy Hydrogen Production Project

The Korla New Energy Hydrogen Production Project in Xinjiang is Xinjiang's first off-grid PV green hydrogen integrated application project. As Bayingolin Prefecture's first source-grid-load-storage hydrogen project under the "new energy + hydrogen" model, it consists of three parts: PV power generation, a hydrogen refueling and production station, and hydrogen energy applications. To ensure smooth, high-quality commissioning, CEEG meticulously engineered the ZSCB-3920/6.3 [dry-type rectifier transformer](dry-type-rectifier-transformer), which features low partial discharge, strong harmonic immunity, high overload capacity, and high efficiency.

Ordos Hydrogen Production Project

Ordos Hydrogen Production Project

The Narisong project is among the first batch of integrated wind-solar hydrogen production demonstration projects in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and is the first and largest 10,000-ton-class new energy hydrogen production project in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China, and even the world, jointly developed by China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd. and Manshi Investment Group Co., Ltd. The project builds a photovoltaic power station on a coal mining backfill area, generating approximately 740 million kWh annually, of which 20% is fed directly into the local grid and the remaining 80% is used for green hydrogen production. It employs the ZHSS-12000/35 24-pulse IGBT [hydrogen production rectifier transformer](hydrogen-energy-oil-immersed-rectifier-transformer) independently developed, designed, and manufactured by CEEG.

Canada 1000m³ Single-Unit Hydrogen Production Project

Canada 1000m³ Single-Unit Hydrogen Production Project

The stand-alone 1,000m³ hydrogen production project in Canada uses the CEEG ZHSZCB-5800/35kV [hydrogen production dry-type rectifier transformer](hydrogen-energy-dry-type-rectifier-transformer). CEEG [dry-type rectifier transformer](dry-type-rectifier-transformer)s adopt a new insulation structure and advanced production processes, delivering improved short-circuit capability and electrical strength with superior, reliable performance. The design fully accounts for the impact of harmonics generated by rectifier elements on the transformer windings and core; ample margin allows the windings and core to withstand the additional temperature rise caused by harmonics while maintaining low noise, thereby ensuring the transformer's service life. The grid structure is simplified, and the transformer can be installed together with rectifiers and other electrical equipment without a separate distribution room, reducing initial investment costs.
