Meeting Uncertainty with Certainty | CEEG 2024 Spring Marketing Annual Conference & 2023 Outstanding Performance Recognition Ceremony Concludes Successfully!

As the Year of the Rabbit bids farewell to the old year, the Year of the Dragon awaits its leap. On February 19, 2024, the CEEG 2024 Spring Sales Conference and 2023 Excellence Awards, held under the theme "Meeting Uncertainty with Certainty", took place grandly at the Yangzhong production base. The conference aimed to systematically review the company's 2023 operations, honor and reward outstanding production and sales teams and individuals, and map out the work plan for 2024. In attendance were Lu Tingxiu, founder of CEEG Group and Secretary of its CPC Committee; Dr. Lu Han, Chairman and President; senior company leaders; heads of the operations center's functional departments; workshop representatives; all sales and business representatives; and the honored advanced individuals and team representatives.

01 Work Report

At the conference, President Lu Han delivered a keynote report titled "Hone Internal Strength, Put Efficiency First, Perfect External Skills, Make Innovation the Soul".

President Lu Han reviewed the key work of 2023, noting that the company had read the trends and moved with them, making significant progress in organizational optimization, technological innovation, market expansion, brand building and talent recruitment. For 2024, he called on the company to hone internal strength and consolidate the foundation of stability; put efficiency first and strengthen the momentum of progress; perfect external skills and stoke the passion to run; and make innovation the soul to raise the quality of breakthroughs.

Finally, President Lu Han wished everyone a new year of soaring like a dragon to the sky, heads held high, and wished CEEG smooth sailing in the Year of the Dragon and prosperity in all things!

02 Honoring Excellence

Role models crystallize the strength of hard work, and an iron-willed team forges towering ambition. Sun Xiaowu, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Labor Union, read out the "CEEG Decision on 2023 Excellence Awards".

Company leaders presented awards in turn to the 2023 advanced teams and individuals honored as "Advanced Team/Advanced Section", "Advanced Functional Department", "Advanced Producer", "Advanced Worker", "Outstanding Newcomer", "Outstanding Manager", "Outstanding New Business Representative", "Outstanding Business Manager" and "Advanced Salesperson". After the presentations, award recipients including Liu Yajun and Sun Yancheng took the stage to speak.

They read the market's pulse with precision, turning opportunities into real growth and driving CEEG's results ever upward. They pursued excellence in every detail, continuously refining operations to cut costs and raise efficiency in support of the company's high-quality development. They dared to challenge limits, repeatedly setting new personal and team records with an extraordinary competitive spirit. And with active minds and boundless creativity, they poured fresh innovative energy into CEEG's long-term foundation — leaving a vivid mark on the key work of 2023 through concrete action.

03 Concluding Remarks

To close the conference, Lu Tingxiu, founder of CEEG Group and Secretary of its CPC Committee, delivered concluding remarks. He offered warm congratulations to the honored teams and individuals, reviewed and summarized CEEG's achievements in 2023, pointed out existing problems and shortcomings, and made specific arrangements for the key work of 2024.

He noted that in 2023, despite heavy pressures in the international and domestic environment, CEEG still moved against the tide, delivering an encouraging counter-cyclical scorecard across sales performance, production capacity and output, innovation and R&D, tax contributions and more!

He emphasized that the journey has no end and the striving never stops. 2024 remains a year full of uncertainty: the world economic outlook is still challenging, and the domestic recovery still faces headwinds. He analyzed in detail the great difficulties, severe challenges and market opportunities ahead in 2024, setting out clear arrangements across business targets, plant capacity, after-sales service, talent and team development, digital transformation and high-quality development. He asked everyone to define their certainties and build self-confidence; keep in mind the three key tools for crossing the cycle; move toward digital and toward new growth; and carry forward the fine tradition of hard work. In 2024, every CEEG employee should strive to be a power source and open up new glory in sales work!

The inspiring address left attendees fired up and full of fighting spirit — confident and energized to push forward in one breath and press the attack on every front.

The first pass is behind us, the dust not yet settled — spur the horse and drive on. At this new starting point on a new journey, we will govern with diligence and blaze new trails; toward new goals and new heights, we will forge ahead with resolve. In 2024, CEEG will follow its strategy, fearing no difficulty and daring to overcome it, advancing through hardship and staying steady under pressure as it pursues its annual targets — striving to deliver quality products to customers and quality power to the world!
