Through the innovative design of combining fine and coarse regulating windings on the high-voltage side to supply the series transformer's excitation winding, constant flux in the main transformer and variable flux in the series transformer achieve stepped output on the low-voltage side with current up to 16000A and low-voltage voltage of 532~100V across 63 levels;

2. It adopts a dual-body series-transformer voltage-regulating structure, with the low-voltage coil in "figure-8" form, together with dedicated coil winding molds and lifting fixtures that perfectly solve the winding and assembly challenges;

3. Through thermal-field and leakage-flux-field simulation analysis and prototype test verification, the transformer's local overheating during 130% long-term overload operation and low-voltage three-phase current imbalance exceeding 40% were resolved, ensuring the transformer's long-term stable operation;

4. It adopts an in-phase reverse-parallel structure and special low-voltage delta closing measures, greatly reducing eddy current losses caused by the large low-voltage side currents;

5. It adopts the ETOS ED intelligent control cabinet from Germany's MR, with a built-in automatic voltage regulator and transformer management system, realizing remote digital monitoring, control and regulation of the transformer. This not only improves equipment operating efficiency but also reduces maintenance costs, delivering higher economic benefits to users.
