First Prize! CEEG's management innovation achievements recognized

Recently, a six-member Nanjing Municipal Appraisal Committee for Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements, led by Hu Jinsong, Director of the Nanjing Enterprise Confederation Office and the "Two Associations" Management Innovation Office, and Tong Guoming, former researcher of the Industrial Policy Division of the Nanjing Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, visited CEEG to conduct an on-site review and appraisal of the company's management innovation achievement,"New Product R&D Management for Power Equipment Manufacturers Based on Energy Efficiency, Safety and Intelligentization".

Zong Hongqi and Lian Junshan, Deputy Secretaries of the CEEG Party Committee; Wang Qiang, Director of the Chief Engineer's Office; Engineer Chen, Manager of the Engineering Technology Department; and Engineer Yu, Manager of the Quality Assurance Department, attended the appraisal meeting.

Secretary Lian extended a warm welcome to the committee's leaders and experts, and asked for their professional guidance and valuable input.

He noted that China is witnessing a powerful surge in intelligent computing center construction and the digital-intelligent transformation of the coal mining industry. Under the leadership of Chairman Lu, CEEG has consistently followed national strategy and supported the country's "dual carbon" goals, and he expressed confidence that the mining flameproof dry-type transformer and the amorphous alloy energy-saving transformer will contribute the "CEEG" strength to the transformation, upgrading and healthy development of the relevant industries.

Secretary Lian then presented the committee's leaders and experts with an overview of CEEG's development history, industry footprint, product innovation and landmark projects.

At the meeting, Director Wang and Engineer Yu presented reports on the R&D of the amorphous alloy energy-saving transformer and the mining flameproof dry-type transformer respectively, and engaged in in-depth exchanges with the appraisal experts.

The appraisal experts affirmed CEEG's innovation and R&D achievements in recent years. They commented on and supplemented the company's management innovation achievement materials from multiple perspectives — including the background, key practices and implementation results — and recommended it for the First Prize of the Nanjing Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements.

Director Hu spoke highly of the development process behind CEEG's mining flameproof dry-type transformer and amorphous alloy energy-saving transformer. He emphasized that against the global backdrop of active climate action and vigorous promotion of green, low-carbon development, enterprise R&D management innovation has become a key force in driving high-quality development and helping achieve the national "dual carbon" goals.

At the close of the appraisal meeting, Secretary Zong expressed sincere gratitude to the experts for charting the direction of CEEG's enterprise management innovation. He said that going forward CEEG will focus onmodernization, structure, clear goals, planning and efficiency improvement — five priority directions —continuously strengthening enterprise R&D management, innovating R&D platforms, and establishing and improving R&D innovation organizations to deepen the company's management innovation work.

CEEG is deeply aware of its responsibilities. Taking the appraisal of this achievement as a new starting point, the company will stay true to its commitment to supporting the "dual carbon" goals, increase investment in the R&D management of energy-saving transformers and other innovative products, and contribute more to the low-carbon transition of the energy sector.
