Unstoppable Momentum, Snake-Year Spirit | CEEG Holds 2025 Spring Festival Gathering

On February 5, CEEG held its 2025 Spring Festival gathering under the theme "Gathering Momentum in the Year of the Snake — Who Else but Us?".The Nanjing Operations Center and the Yangzhong, Binjiang and Jurong plants joined the celebration together.Attendees included company founder Director Lu; President's Assistant Gao Xiang; Senior Advisor and Labor Union Chairman Sun Xiaowu; Deputy Party Committee Secretary Zong Hongqi; Board Member Fang Xiang; and Deputy Party Committee Secretary Lian Junshan, among other leaders.

Director Gao went to the Jurong sub-venue, asked with genuine concern about the progress of the various work items, and encouraged everyone to embrace a new look for the new year, expressing his hope that in 2025 the Jurong plant would "open an auspicious new journey and light up a brilliant future"!

Director Wang led the Spring Festival gathering at the Binjiang sub-venue. At the meeting, he asked after the work and living conditions of employees on duty during the Spring Festival holiday, thanked them for their hard work, and encouraged everyone to roll up their sleeves and work harder in the new year.

Director Sun led a team to the R&D Center sub-venue, where resounding chants of "CEEG, lighting up the world" rang out from the hall again and again.

At the main venue at the Operations Center, Secretary Lian presided over the gathering."Wealth secured with certainty, families whole and beautiful, careers breaking through like bamboo, travels safe through every season, life smooth and satisfying in every way, and a future as splendid as brocade" — blessing after blessing echoed through the hall.

The gathering was organized through sub-venues converging on the main venue, fully showcasing the united spirit of the company's employees, effectively strengthening communication and exchange among departments, building consensus of thought, pooling a powerful joint force for development, and injecting new momentum into the company's high-quality development.

This Was a Session to Refocus on Work

As the new spring begins, all things renew. Secretary Lian emphasized the need to shake off the "holiday mindset" and quickly return to position; establish a "back-to-zero awareness" and set out focused on strategy; and ignite the "passion for striving" and build team synergy, calling on all employees to throw themselves into the new year's work with full energy.

He further urged all employees to start strong with unyielding momentum, plan with perfection as the standard, and break through bottlenecks with the commitment of "who else but us," forming the synergy of one chessboard, one heart and one drive to write a new chapter of the company's high-quality development together and strive unremittingly toward more ambitious goals.

The whole year's work depends on a good start in spring; a lifetime's achievement depends on diligence. Director Lu shared the latest AI developments that had swept the internet during the holiday and advocated that we actively embrace the AI wave to empower the development of the power industry. He encouraged everyone to think deeply and explore how to use AI technology to transform CEEG's manufacturing processes, production R&D, internet marketing strategies and other areas.

At the same time, Director Lu highlighted a brand-new keyword — "breaking out of circles", encouraging everyone to boldly step beyond existing circles and dare to cross set boundaries — shake off the comfortable shackles of the holiday, leap over familiar social fences, and smash the mental cages in one's work.

Director Lu pointed out the direction forward and encouraged everyone to advance hand in hand toward greater success.
