AI-driven, jointly building 'Transformer PLUS'—CEEG's new product launch and Spring Festival marketing conference concludes successfully!

The old year has unfolded a thousand layers of brocade; the new year climbs a hundred feet higher. On February 7, 2025, AI-Driven, Jointly Building "Transformer PLUS" — the CEEG New Product Launch and Spring Marketing Conference was grandly held in Jurong.

More than 600 people attended, including Dr. Lu Han, Chairman and President of CEEG; senior company leaders; heads of functional departments of the Operations Center; workshop representatives; all marketing personnel; business representatives; and representatives of commended outstanding individuals and advanced collectives.

Lian Junshan, Deputy Party Committee Secretary of CEEG, opened the spring marketing conference. Secretary Lian said the past year had been one of steady strides and extraordinary creation for the company: it cultivated R&D with dedication and focused on innovation, rolled out digital transformation across the board, launched a stream of new products across many tracks, sent self-developed products to the world, and reaped abundant honors and awards. In the new year, the company will scale new heights with soaring fighting spirit.

Prologue: Marketing Philosophy as the Guide Forward

At the start of the conference, Gao Xiang, President's Assistant of CEEG, delivered a sharing session on the founder's marketing philosophy, centered on "Keeping Pace with the Times, Breaking Circles and Breaking Through — AI Drives CEEG onto a New Journey of Intelligence".

He led everyone in reviewing CEEG's measures for bravely embracing the AI wave, namely transforming the marketing model in all respects, expanding marketing tracks across broad fields, and building the production layout at multiple levels. For 2025, CEEG should follow the guideline of "goals as the guiding principle to keep actions on course; orders first and shoulders bearing heavy responsibilities; platform empowerment to enter new circles; and steady roots, deeply cultivated" to break circles and break through, and to push AI's deep empowerment.

Launch Section: Smart Future, Winning 2025

At the conference, the CEEG IDC intelligent integrated power module Dianliang Bifang - Bi Fang Power2500 1.0 was grandly launched. Under the spotlight, new products, new technologies and a new ecosystem were presented in a panorama, sketching a new CEEG chapter in the development of the power industry.

Director Zhu, an expert from the computing power industry, was specially invited to give the keynote presentation "Integrated Power Modules: Energy Fusion Before the Spark Becomes a Blaze", analyzing IDC industry trends and outlook from the dimensions of data center development history, market size, competitive landscape, construction cycles, output capacity and intelligent operations and maintenance, and interpreting CEEG's development opportunities and challenges in light of pre-sales analysis, product differentiation, market selection and other factors.

Director Ding, Deputy Director of Intelligent R&D of CEEG Transformer, presented the new product briefing. The new Dianliang Bifang 1.0 offers advantages of safety and reliability, energy saving and high efficiency, and intelligent management. Going forward, CEEG's IDC intelligent integrated power modules will focus on tackling intelligentization, integration and high efficiency technologies, with forward-looking deployment of full life-cycle O&M management and predictive maintenance.

"Dianliang Bifang, intelligence drives the future. The power of Bifang empowers computing power. In the first battle, count on us — and we will win. Gathering strength to empower, the mission will be accomplished!". The resounding pledge fully displayed the CEEG marketing contingent's courage to "fight and win", the momentum of "pressing home the attack in one vigorous effort", and the conviction of "fighting the decisive battle and winning it".

The campaign rolls on and banners fly. Chairman Lu presented flags to the marketing contingent, who will march toward the new under the guidance of those banners and scale new peaks!

Sharing Section: Embracing AI, Empowering the Future

The AI wind is rising and the wave of digital intelligence surges forward. With AI capabilities ahead of the industry, CEEG is driving technology, marketing and production forward at speed. In this AI wave, every technical professional shines in their own field, injecting strong momentum into the company's development.

Director Qi, General Manager of CEEG Power Jiangsu Company, from the technical dimension, revealed how smart transformers harness AI to achieve efficient, safe and reliable power transmission, and how, staying close to customers' actual needs and iterating continuously, the company builds fully featured products with a strong reputation.

Director Jia, head of the Information Department of CEEG Transformer, from the production perspective, explained AI's key role in CEEG's manufacturing — improving efficiency and optimizing resource allocation. Going forward, the company will use AI to empower more business scenarios, such as building the corporate knowledge base and digital operations and management, moving CEEG toward intelligent manufacturing.

Director Su, head of the Internet Platform Center of CEEG Transformer, from the marketing perspective, discussed AI's role in enterprise bidding, building the marketing materials library and constructing the global marketing website. Next, the company will use AI to make data intelligent and turn it into assets, providing strong support for front-line marketing staff in precision marketing and market expansion.

Commendation Section: Role Models as Torches, Chasing the Light

At the commendation conference, Chairman Lu delivered the keynote report "AI-Driven, Jointly Building 'Transformer PLUS'". Chairman Lu noted that in 2024 the company fully implemented the "New One-Two-Three Strategy", achieving significant progress in product R&D, technological innovation, market expansion, brand building, personnel structure optimization, lean management, digital-intelligent transformation and other areas.

Sun Xiaowu, Senior Advisor and Chairman of the Labor Union of CEEG, then read out the "CEEG Commendation Decision on the 2024 Annual Excellence Awards".

Company leaders presented awards to the 2024 advanced collectives and individuals from the three sites, honoring Advanced Teams, Advanced Workshops, Advanced Sections, Advanced Marketing Departments, Advanced Functional Departments, Advanced Producers, Advanced Workers and more. After the awards, recipients including Chen Jin and Hua Zhaohong took the stage to speak on behalf of the honorees.
