Senior legal expert Lawyer Li conducted a special training on legal risk prevention in sales and purchase contracts, interpreting policy trends and analyzing the current situation of "interest rates trending downward, the economy under constant pressure, stock markets frequently volatile and investments being wiped out", and gave a detailed introduction covering the basic legal principles of sales contracts, risk prevention at the signing and performance stages, and dispute handling.

She stressed that in work one must base judgments on facts and take the law as the yardstick, grasping the three key points of "evidence awareness, legal facts and objective facts", strictly observing business ethics, operating lawfully and in compliance, and guarding against legal risks.
