Technology Ignites Innovation, Party Building Drives Development | CEEG & Shenhuo Deepen Two-Way Exchanges with Outstanding Results

Recently, CEEG and Henan Shenhuo Group held a full-day in-depth exchange activity, innovatively adopting a "technology empowerment + Party-building co-construction" dual-drive model, pioneering a new paradigm of Party-building guidance and technical collaboration for the two sides' deepened strategic cooperation.

Li Aizeng, Party Committee Secretary of Shenhuo Co.'s International Trade Company; Zhang Yufeng, Director of the Comprehensive Department; and Zhu Hongwei, Party Secretary of the Materials Department, together with the mechanical and electrical heads and technical experts of the group's key mines, participated throughout. Lian Junshan, Deputy Party Committee Secretary of CEEG, led a special working group in dedicated meetings with the Shenhuo Coal and Electricity team.

At the morning "Intelligent Safety Equipment Technical Exchange Conference", the company's technical staff highlighted the self-developed fourth-generation intelligent mining mobile substation technology system. Combining 3D modeling analysis with dynamic demonstration, they analyzed in depth the system's three core technological breakthroughs: a unique heat dissipation system enables safe operation at higher voltage classes; the composite insulation structure effectively extends the product's service life; and the intelligent measurement and control system with integrated AI algorithms can monitor equipment operating status in real time and predict fault risks.

In the technical exchange session, the industry experts attending focused on examining the reliability of CEEG's innovatively developed intelligent mining power equipment under extreme working conditions. In particular, the company's self-developed "flameproof transformer with active heat dissipation tubes" won high praise from the expert team.

At the specially added "Party Building Leading High-Quality Development Thematic Exchange Conference" in the afternoon, the two sides' Party committee leaderships held in-depth dialogue. Secretary Lian shared the experience of building the "Red Engine Project", highlighting such distinctive practices as embedding Party organizations in R&D task forces and using Party member demonstration posts to drive technical breakthroughs.
