Recently, CEEG Group held a marketing strategy deployment conference and launched the signing ceremony for marketing responsibility agreements. The agreements cover the Internet platform, the e-commerce platform and all industry teams, aiming to seize new marketing high ground with an "all-staff charge" momentum.

Gao Xiang, Assistant to the President, and Sun Xiaowu, Senior Advisor and Chairman of the Labor Union, attended the conference. Lian Junshan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Group Office, presided over the meeting.

At the outset, Secretary Lian stressed that 2025 is both the decisive final year of CEEG's Seventh Five-Year Plan and the year to lay out its Eighth Five-Year Plan. Director Sun further clarified the dimensions of the assessment indicators at the meeting: KPIs are by no means a simple list of numbers, but a key link determining whether the company's strategic layout can be successfully implemented.

All sales teams must work under the strategy of "seizing orders to safeguard operations", proactively capturing market share and safeguarding the stability of company operations with reasonable pricing.

Director Gao said that signing the responsibility agreements is of great significance: first, be goal-oriented and anchor the direction; second, strengthen responsibility and accountability, because the responsibility agreement is a military pledge and team leaders must fight with their backs to the river; third, face difficulties head-on and dare to fight and to win.
