Thirty-five years of riding the waves — together toward a new chapter! This summer, CEEG people took their anniversary celebration to new heights: aboard the 100,000-ton AIDA Modu cruise ship, they sailed the blue seas and skies for a cross-border carnival across two countries, South Korea and Japan — a dream journey blending ocean breezes, exotic cultures and deep team building! It was not only a shining coronation of years of striving, but also a heartfelt flowering of CEEG's "family culture" — a carnival of shared glory and shared memories with family!

Set Sail! Leisurely Moments on Board

When the mighty whistle of the AIDA Modu echoed across sea and sky, the CEEG people's leisurely life at sea began at once. The cruise ship instantly became a floating "CEEG island of joy."

Sun-deck vitality: by the sunny pool, employees lounged in the sun or swam amid laughter; the open decks became a playground where fun competitions and team-building games played out in turn, brimming with energy.

A cultural feast: in the grand theater, CEEG people enjoyed world-class performances, with applause and cheers rolling like waves; the themed bars and restaurants became warm gathering spots for relaxed conversation and toasts, where the poetic mood of "raising a cup to invite the bright moon" was perfectly captured.

An exclusive night: on July 1, the carefully prepared "CEEG Family Banquet" opened in the cruise ship's restaurant. Employees and their families sat together, sharing an abundant feast under the glow of lamps and the sparkling stars outside the window. Laughter flowed and warmth abounded — in that moment there were no ranks, only the closeness of family. Good food, the sound of waves, laughter and flowing warmth brought the cohesion of the CEEG family to its peak; this was a reunion of the "heart" in the truest sense, a banquet of warmth drifting upon the blue waves.

Land Ho! Healing Laughter on Jeju Island

A picturesque coastline, rushing waterfalls, rugged cliffs and deep caverns together sketch Jeju Island's breathtaking canvas. Black volcanic reefs embrace emerald tides, as if "the rivers fall into sea and mountain, and sea and mountain fill my heart" — the grandeur of nature here turns into the landscape of one's spirit. Standing amid it all, we carried our most ardent dreams and felt the most vibrant possibilities.

In the solemn, ancient Yakcheonsa Temple, time itself seemed to slow. Cupping a handful of the clear, sweet spring water that has flowed for a thousand years, one seemed to draw in the spirit of the earth; sitting quietly in the scripture hall, the pen flowed across scrolls of blessing sutras while sandalwood incense curled upward. Restless thoughts settled like dust in that devotion and stillness, returning to clarity.

On the Move! Traveling Through Old and New in Fukuoka

A rich historical and cultural heritage and abundant natural scenery give Fukuoka its unique charm. Strolling through the old streets in the gentle breeze, team members took their ease: some wandered at leisure, feeling the traces of time; some paused to capture the moment, freezing it into eternity; some sought out authentic little eateries, letting their palates meet delightful surprises. The laughter of companions and the company of friends wove through these foreign streets, quietly imprinting the team's warmth and the journey's beauty onto every frame.

In the picturesque Ohori Park, limpid waters mirrored the blue sky and white clouds, shimmering with grace. Along the winding paths, flowers bloomed in dazzling profusion, their fragrance carried on the breeze.

Stepping into the historic Kushida Shrine, time seemed to settle. Carefully selecting omamori charms laden with good wishes became the most popular keepsakes of the trip.

Atop the 263-meter Fukuoka Tower, gazing out from the railing, the sweeping cityscape and the team's soaring spirit resonated in that moment.

Celebrate! CEEG's New Heights

The magic of this dual team building lay in its perfect enactment of the philosophy of "two parallel tracks" of joy! The elite of the overseas expansion team spent their days aboard the ship in brainstorm-like business war-game simulations, sparks of ideas flying; when night fell, they became strategy masters, battling it out with delight on the board-game battlefield. The family team, meanwhile, was full of warmth and creativity, with laughter never ceasing.

Thirty-five years riding the waves, in the prime of vigor; company and family heart to heart, strength spanning the rainbow! Taking this overseas dual team building as a new prelude, CEEG will continue to ride the wind and waves, chase the light, and join hands with all employees and their families to write an even more brilliant new chapter!
