CEEG and HongHe Technology jointly launch the HR management digital transformation project

Recently, the kick-off meeting of the "Redsea E-HR Management System Project," jointly held by CEEG and Redsea Cloud, was held at CEEG's Operations Center, marking that CEEG's HR management digitalization upgrade project has officially entered the implementation phase and injecting new momentum into the company's future talent development strategy and digital transformation.

The meeting received great attention from both sides. CEEG was represented by Director Gao, Assistant to the President; Director Zhou, head of the Risk Control Center; and Director Jia, head of the Information Department; while Redsea Cloud was represented by Director Li, Delivery Director; Director Gao, Pre-sales Manager; Director Zhao, Project Manager; and Director Min, Implementation Consultant. Secretary Lian, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of CEEG, chaired the meeting, fully reflecting the strong consensus and support of both sides for the project.

At the kick-off meeting, Redsea Cloud Delivery Director Li elaborated on the project's objectives and value, execution plan, phased tasks and process management. She said that, drawing on its mature product portfolio and rich industry experience, Redsea Cloud will build CEEG a new-generation efficient, intelligent and integrated HR digital management system.

The system will cover core modules including organization and personnel, payroll and attendance, performance management and talent development, using digital tools to improve HR operational efficiency and employee experience, helping CEEG achieve refined and strategic talent management.

In his address, Director Gao, Assistant to the President of CEEG, stressed that this is not merely the implementation of a system but a major milestone in advancing the digitalization of the company's talent strategy and building an intelligent organization.
