Targeted Talent Recruitment, Empowering the Front Line: CEEG Special Training Launches a New Engine for Its Talent Strategy

To continuously strengthen the company's talent pipeline and equip its management team and HR colleagues to identify business needs precisely and match and select talent efficiently, CEEG successfully held a special training session on "Recruitment Needs Analysis and Talent Search." HR colleagues from across the company gathered to take part in this learning event.

The session opened with Ge Zhigang of the training department of the company's HR center as host. He first emphasized talent as the primary resource of enterprise development, pointed out that precision recruiting is a core driver of the company's high-quality growth, and explained the strategic significance of this training for upgrading the team's key skills.

Lian Junshan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of the Labor Union, attended and delivered the opening address. Drawing on the classic stories of "welcoming Xu You barefoot" and "three visits to the thatched cottage" to recruit Zhuge Liang, he elaborated on why, in today's fierce competition for talent, it is necessary, important and urgent to proactively "go out" and attract senior talent. The training featured Ms. Xu Jingjin, a senior lecturer at Yima Consulting, as the keynote instructor. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Xu is a seasoned practitioner in talent recruitment who worked for many years at Career International and provided recruitment solutions for Honeywell, BP, Alibaba and Huawei and many other well-known companies at home and abroad. She has deep experience in mid-to-senior-level talent search and the management of large-scale recruitment projects.

Over the one-day training, Ms. Xu Jingjin centered on the theme of "Recruitment Needs Analysis and Talent Search", combining systematic theory, vivid analysis of real-world cases, and practical tools and methods to deliver a rich, highly targeted knowledge feast. The learning atmosphere was intense and the interaction lively.
